Refund and cancellation policy

Nothing to cancel

Plans are prepaid for one month, three months or a year and do not renew automatically. When the period ends, it simply ends.

Full refund in the first 7 days

If you haven’t received a finished edit within 7 days of a payment, you can ask for a full refund of that payment, including GST.

Failed edits

If an edit fails or comes out broken, tell us. We run it again at no cost; if we can’t fix it, we refund the plan in proportion to the time left.

Otherwise

After a finished edit has been delivered, payments aren’t refundable for the unused part of a period. You can switch plans at any time: the unused value of your current plan becomes extra days on the new one.

How to ask

Email support@matchcut.in from your account email with the payment ID (it’s on the Plans page). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.
